My passion
I have been behind the camera for over 10 years, most of which has been for landscape & lifestyle photography, but have also been capturing memories for friends and family all along the way. I recently decided that my passion for capturing memories is something I want to put more time and effort toward. I am passionate about the way people see themselves and hope to give them a glimpse of their own beauty and the joy that fills their life, even in the simplest moments. I feel so much joy when I can gift someone a moment in time of their own life to cherish forever. Whether it be a holiday greeting card, birthday celebration, graduation portrait, family session, couple’s engagement, new baby, or random event... I hope you will give me the opportunity to savor the moment with you and record it for you to remember in years to come.
My Philosophy
Balancing truth and beautyI vow to never give you the overly staged or awkwardly posed photos that we all dread. I want you to see your truth in the photos, like you weren’t faking your smile or forced to wear that sweater.... even if you were. ;) I also promise to not let you look silly. I’ll talk you through flattering angles or let you know if you have something in your teeth. It happens. Good photography captures beauty, love, and joy - all things that I want to help you savor!
